Learn to Meditate 4 part series

In this series of 4 30 minute classes, we look at the basics of a meditation practice including positioning, and explore some techniques to help you find stillness and focus. Ideally practicing the techniques for 5-15 minutes per day will help you to build a meditation practice of your own.
