
Women’s Online Yoga Circle

You’re warmly invited to join this intimate 8-week Women’s Yoga Circle — a closed online group created for women who wish to practice in supportive community. Beginning March 25th, we’ll gather each Wednesday evening for a gentle, intuitively guided blend of Yin & Restorative Yoga, and meditation, shaped by the needs of the group each week.
These sessions are suitable for most ability levels, including beginners, with modifications offered to support every-body. Rooted in compassion, self-awareness, and nervous system support, this circle is a space to slow down, listen inward, and practice authentically alongside other women.
