
This session is open to any woman who would like to practice yoga online sharing space in a closed group format. This session will consist of 6 classes beginning this Wednesday October 8th @ 7:30pm.
These classes will be a combination of gentle hatha, Yin and meditation intuitively guided based on the needs of the group each week. The practice is suitable to most ability levels (beginners welcome) as modifications will be offered to support accessibility of postures for every-body!
Classes will be recorded and sent to your inbox within 24 hours for you to enjoy again or practice within 7 days if you've missed the class :)
