
This session is open to any woman who would like to practice yoga online sharing space in a closed group format.
You’re warmly invited to join this intimate 8-week Women’s Yoga Circle — a closed online group created for women who wish to practice in supportive community. We’ll gather each Wednesday evening for a gentle, intuitively guided blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga and meditation, shaped by the needs of the group each week.
These sessions are suitable for most ability levels, including beginners, with modifications offered to support every-body. Rooted in compassion, self-awareness, and nervous system support, this circle is a space to slow down, listen inward, and practice authentically alongside other women.
