
Through Emotional Release Experiencing sessions, we will connect you with the sensations and emotions held in your body, and help you begin to acknowledge, understand, process and release them in a new and healthy way. These sessions help to address physical and non-physical issues you're having in your life, and help you to learn how your body communicates with you, so you can begin to resolve and imbalances or dis-ease. All imbalances begin on the non-physical level and therefore must be healed on a non-physical level in order to resolve the issue. We will connect virtually for the sessions from a comfy quiet space of your choice.

Private Nutrition & Nourishment Sessions offer a deeply personalized space to explore your relationship with food, body, and well-being. Together, we look beyond just what you eat and into how you feel, think, and live — bringing awareness to the powerful connection between nourishment, energy, and overall health. Through gentle guidance and 1:1 support, these sessions are tailored to your unique needs, helping you build sustainable habits, deepen body awareness, and feel supported and accountable on your wellness journey.

This class offers an opportunity to connect with and gently move your body in a slow and gentle practice designed for people who are experiencing pain. Various modifications will be offered, including the option to practice seated from a chair, if getting down on the floor is not available. Experience mindful movement where you are held in a safe container to explore your body as it is. No previous experience required. Just an open mind and willingness to explore!

Private yoga is a great way to get acquainted with or deepen your practice of yoga and meditation, and experience the benefits they can bring to the body and mind! Private sessions are tailored to your individual needs and can also offer energy work if desired. Benefits of private sessions include instruction to find proper alignment in your body to avoid injury, learning how to use yoga props to support alignment in various postures, and having one-on-one support to help you become comfortable with the practice so you can practice anytime, anywhere! Sessions can be in person around Ottawa Canada, or anywhere (via virtual sessions). Purchase a single session, 5 sessions or 10 sessions with a discount for multiple sessions. This session is open to any woman who would like to practice yoga online sharing space in a closed group format. This session will consist of 8 classes beginning this Wednesday January 7th @ 7:30pm.
These classes will be a combination of gentle hatha, Yin and meditation intuitively guided based on the needs of the group each week. The practice is suitable to most ability levels (beginners welcome) as modifications will be offered to support accessibility of postures for every-body! Contact Laura for further details
