You’re warmly invited to join this intimate 8-week Women’s Yoga Circle — a closed online group created for women who wish to practice in supportive community. We’ll gather each Wednesday evening for a gentle, intuitively guided blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga and meditation, shaped by the needs of the group each week.
These sessions are suitable for most ability levels, including beginners, with modifications offered to support every-body. Rooted in compassion, self-awareness, and nervous system support, this circle is a space to slow down, listen inward, and practice authentically alongside other women.

Private Nutrition & Nourishment Sessions offer a deeply personalized space to explore your relationship with food, body, and well-being. Together, we look beyond just what you eat and into how you feel, think, and live — bringing awareness to the powerful connection between nourishment, energy, and overall health. Through gentle guidance and 1:1 support, these sessions are tailored to your unique needs, helping you build sustainable habits, deepen body awareness, and feel supported and accountable on your wellness journey.

Through Emotional Release Experiencing sessions, we will connect you with the sensations and emotions held in your body, and help you begin to acknowledge, understand, process and release them in a new and healthy way. These sessions help to address physical and non-physical issues you're having in your life, and help you to learn how your body communicates with you, so you can begin to resolve and imbalances or dis-ease. All imbalances begin on the non-physical level and therefore must be healed on a non-physical level in order to resolve the issue. We will connect virtually for the sessions from a comfy quiet space of your choice.

Private yoga is a great way to get acquainted with or deepen your practice of yoga and meditation, and experience the benefits they can bring to the body and mind! Private sessions are tailored to your individual needs and can also offer energy work if desired. Benefits of private sessions include instruction to find proper alignment in your body to avoid injury, learning how to use yoga props to support alignment in various postures, and having one-on-one support to help you become comfortable with the practice so you can practice anytime, anywhere! Sessions can be in person around Ottawa Canada, or anywhere (via virtual sessions). Purchase a single session, 5 sessions or 10 sessions with a discount for multiple sessions. Inner Truth & Awareness – Meditation and Reflection Circle
Join our Inner Truth & Awareness Circle — a gentle, supportive space for anyone curious about self-reflection, personal growth, and deepening their connection to themselves. No previous experience with meditation or reflection is required — just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
This circle is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and listen to your inner wisdom. Through guided discussion and a nurturing meditation/visualization experience, you’ll be supported in developing greater self-awareness, accessing your inner truth, and cultivating a more compassionate relationship with your thoughts, emotions, and body.
Self-awareness and reflection can bring powerful benefits: increased clarity, emotional regulation, improved decision-making, deeper self-trust, and a stronger sense of presence in your everyday life. When we create space to pause and reflect, we begin to notice patterns, beliefs, and sensations that often go unheard — opening the door to meaningful insight and gentle transformation.
